Cambrillón sets itself apart by offering an efficient service and of the best quality to our clients. That is why we entrust the delivery of our products, only to logistics companies with express transport service.

The delivery is considered made from the moment in which the transport company makes the product available to the customer for the second time. If after 3 business days after delivery to the delivery of the order has not agreed delivery due to the customer, or because the contact data or product delivery are wrong and the order had to be returned to our stores the customer should Take charge of the new shipping costs.


If you received the product, the client wishes to request a change for another product of different size, you can contact us through [email protected].

Products that include and/or have been personalised with laser engraved or embriodered initials are not elegible for free return.

Cambrillón will bear the cost of transporting the product of the correct size when the countries of destination of the change of size are Spain or Portugal, for the rest of the countries belonging to the European Community, the client will bear the shipping costs to the offices of Cambrillón of the incorrect size shoe and its subsequent return to the Customer.

When the shipment is made to countries outside the European Community, the customer will bear the costs of returning and shipping the new size.

Please note, the product must be delivered in perfect condition, and without any damage. In case of receiving a product with damage or deterioration that prevents its sale, we will contact you.


Cambrillón guarantees the return of your order within 14 days after receiving it, provided it is in the original conditions in which it was delivered.

Once we have received this information, we will contact you to inform you how to proceed, as well as the delivery address of the same.

The refund will proceed as long as:

1. The product is in the same conditions in which it was sent, as well as the corresponding packaging and boxes.

2. Attach invoice of the order and the corresponding delivery note.

3. The client contributes photographs in which the damages are appreciated.

The return of the product will result in the refund of the price of the product.

Cambrillón will manage the return order through the same system that was used for the payment within 48 hours from the check of arrival of the returned order to the warehouse.

Cambrillón will not accept in this case any product returned to “expenses due or against reimbursement” and reserves the right not to accept the return that does not conform to the previous particular conditions of contracting.


The claim of a defective or damaged product due to transportation must always be made within 24 hours after receiving the order.

The return of the product will be made unused and with the original packaging.

If the delivered product is defective or incorrect, the customer will also be reimbursed for the corresponding shipping costs and the management fees will not be charged.

Please keep in mind that our skin is 100% natural, so it understands that if the skin has some type of irregularity it is due to this factor and is part of its own characteristics what makes it an absolutely handmade and unique product .


Cambrillón offers an international shipping service. International orders outside Europe, are not subject to European taxation on I.V.A., however the taxes of the country of shipment related to the import of products will be charged to the buyer at destination.

In the event that for any reason there is a delay in the delivery of the orders attributable to Cambrillón, we will immediately contact you to coordinate new delivery schedules.
