CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE, SHIPPING AND RETURNS

1. SHIPMENTS

The policy, processes and different shipping costs of our products are the following:

Spain, Balearic Islands, Portugal: 0€

Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 20€

European Union: 20 €

Australia, Canada, China, South Corea, USA, Hong Kong, Japan, Switzerland: 35€

Rest of the World: 65 €

Shipping conditions El Cambrillón S.L.

The shipping costs to Canarias, Ceuta and Melilla do not include the taxes associated or derived from the purchase.

Remote areas and holidays can increase the indicated periods by two or three days. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures and procedures, which in some cases may delay delivery of the package, and may not meet the estimated delivery deadline.

Of the items sold on the CAMBRILLÓN website, which are chosen to buy and therefore choose to send to countries outside the European Union may be subject to taxes, customs duties, duties and other taxes of the country of destination (Tax rights on import). 2. DELIVERY PERIOD

Since the order of each pair of shoes is made, the delivery time of these is approximately five weeks. Except for reasons of force majeure or fortuitous event, such as strikes or labor disputes. This period can be extended in specific periods such as Christmas, Easter and summer period.

If the order is formalized in our online store, the customer must add to the aforementioned delivery period, the shipping time that will vary depending on the country of destination.

 

3. AVAILABLE PAYMENT MEANS

We have the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and Stripe.

The data is transmitted in SSL encrypted form. For the payment with Visa and Mastercard, only CES transactions (Secure Electronic Commerce) will be accepted. After verifying that the card is attached to the CES system, the system will contact the bank that issued it for the buyer to authorize the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the charge will be charged to the card. Otherwise the order will be canceled. EL CAMBRILLÓN S.L. does not capture, nor therefore data file such as card number, expiration date or CCV code or similar. The payment system is provided by the banking entity Banco de Sabadell, through the integration of a payment gateway.

4. RETURN POLICY

Since each of our orders is produced strictly following the instructions that THE CUSTOMER chooses and accepts at CAMBRILLÓN, it is understandable that no returns are allowed, except manufacturing defects, duly accredited and reported by email, providing photos and description of the defects of manufacturing.
No refunds or refunds of any customized product are made, and you can exercise the right of withdrawal in any article that is not personalized, as it is contemplated in Law 3/2014, General Law for the defense of consumers and users, all of application in the field of the European Union and always for purchases made through the website of EL CAMBRILLÓN SL

CANCELLATION POLICY: In case the client wants to cancel an order, once the order has been placed and the pertinent payment has also been confirmed, the client has a maximum of 48 hours to notify to El Cambrillón S.L. Since our products are handmade and bespoke, past these 48 hours, our artisans will have already began working on the order, hence materials would have already been prepared for the order. In case the client does not comply with this requirement, NO refunding and/or order cancelation process can and/or will be accepted by El Cambrillón S.L.

EL CAMBRILLÓN S.L. guarantees that all items are manufactured according to the specifications that customers select during the creation and confirmation of their order. Non-essential variations and imperfections in product specifications are unavoidable and should not be grounds for refund or reimbursement, since all shoes sold by EL CAMBRILLÓN S.L. They are handmade and customized according to the order formalized by the Buyer.

CHANGING THE SIZE OF A PRODUCT: Once the product has been received and the client wishes to request a change for another product of different size, you can contact us through [email protected] Cambrillón will bear the cost of transporting the product of the correct size when the countries of destination of the change of size are Spain or Portugal, for the rest of the countries belonging to the European Community, the client will bear the shipping costs to the offices of Cambrillón of the incorrect size shoe and its subsequent return to the Customer. When the shipment is made to countries outside the European Community, the customer will bear the costs of returning and shipping the new size. Engraved initials are not eligible for return. 5. DISCLAIMER OF COLOR’S RESPONSIBILITY

EL CAMBRILLON S.L. Represents your products on the Internet with images that are as realistic as possible, both in terms of color and finish. However, the products may appear in different tones depending on the calibration of the screen or monitor used to access our online store. This will not result in a refund, as long as there is a reasonable similarity between the final product and its equivalent in the design tool. The product design image in the interface is for viewing only. If it is necessary to have a more accurate perception of the colors and materials, CAMBRILLÓN may request a table of materials.
In any material, slight variations in the tone or intensity of the color may occur due to the inherent consequences of leather production or hand-painted processes. EL CAMBRILLÓN S.L. will not be responsible for any variation of color that appears in the products, as long as there is reasonable uniformity and similarity both in color and in the pattern of the material / materials chosen.
